With a population of 61,000, Haywood County is the third largest county in Western North Carolina. The county spans 546 miles and includes the Towns of Waynesville (County Seat), Canton, Maggie Valley, and Clyde.

Haywood County Economic Indicators are provided by the Haywood Chamber of Commerce on a quarterly basis. The reports include data such as home sales, employment, building permits, and retail sales. The data is sourced from a number of different sources and complied by SYNEVA Economics. Quarterly Statistics for 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 are available below.
